This was a fast track interior build-out project that required coordination with the base building contractor, owner, vendors and landlord to avoid financial penalties to the client. This 4,176 SF specialty shop involved all new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, extensive cabinetry and a walk in cooler.  Material deadlines were critical, as well as cooperation among all parties, to accomplish the simultaneous completion of all the work.
