Construction management services for the hardscape renovation of a 30 year old multimillion dollar townhouse community located next to American University in Washington DC. The community has new brick paver sidewalks, with blue stone borders, street lighting, and new tree as well as infrastructure for new fiberoptic installations at a future date. The construction had to be divided into four phases to coordinate the Owner, property manager and two prime contractors in order to provide safe access for the residents.
