This is the Design/Build project for the new Wackenhut Services, Inc. Washington, DC office. This phase includes the design and construction of a 11,250 S.F office renovation.  Scope of work includes custom millwork, doors, frames, hardware, drywall partitions, flooring, paint, sprinkler, HVAC, electrical, & security access controls.
