The construction of this community center serving a surrounding apartment complex included extensive sitework to deal with new utility and storm water concerns, shoring and a pile supported retaining wall.  The exterior of this wood framed building includes  a cupola, cultured stone and vinyl siding.   Unforeseen permit issues, a high water table, poor soils and utility complications were overcome to achieve completion ahead of schedule.
