Constructed a 6,700 SF, one story shell structure for future use as medical office building. All site work around the building was completed in conjunction with the adjacent new daycare facility also constructed by Therrien Waddell. Features included all brick exterior, with four separate entrances covered with flat roofs and decorative railings for future tenants.
