Constructed a 8,000 SF, single story day care center. The building included an industrial kitchen with stainless steel equipment and appliances, office area, and multiple classrooms ranging from infant to school age. Individually themed classrooms had different features such as carpeted raised platforms, potty training facilities, and custom cabinetry.  All site work around the building was completed in conjunction with the adjacent new medical facility also constructed by Therrien Waddell.
