New, three story, medical office building featuring brick facade, aluminum ribbon windows, curtain wall three story lobby with interior balconies. Also featured stainless steel & glass railings, and an ornamental tube steel canopy structure at front and rear elevations. An equipment basement was constructed under the lobby for elevator and service meter equipment. Individual suites were also constructed with separate bathrooms and utility services. An aggressive schedule was required to meet purchaser deadlines.
