Project involved the construction of a new, two story building on the site of the clients existing 10,000 SF occupied facility. Extensive underground excavation required shoring & concrete foundation retaining walls for the structural steel and masonry structure. Second floor finishes were entirely custom with office pocket doors, an elevator, interior glass wall panels, stained millwork & wood trim, individual office climate controls, and state of the art meeting & work areas.
