This office and research headquarters facility consisted of a tenant build out with extensive and high end finishes. Some of the project details included upgraded millwork and carpeting, a conference facility, and high density file area. As part of the project pre-construction team, close client, architect, and contractor coordination was needed to facilitate this high quality design and functional space while staying within budget and on schedule.
