Extensive site construction and special foundation considerations due to high water table and unsuitable soils. Work included demolition of old pool house and pools, major stream restoration work and construction of a new clubhouse, with men's & women's shower/locker areas, state-of-the-art exercise room and large assembly/conference center. Three pools were constructed: a vortex pool with a lazy river, tsunami feature and water spouts; an elaborate kiddy pool with slides and waterfalls; and a completely refurbished adult lap pool.
