New building for car dealership with service bay, parts area, sales & show room, and office & conference facilities. Exterior design included combination of glass, composite metal panels, masonry, and EIFS. Site work required that a 500 foot long by 35 foot high self supporting shot crete finished retaining wall be constructed, as well as extensive underground storm water storage with extension of this system by auger, boring under an adjacent country club entrance.
