The project included a complete upgrade of the existing facade including the construction of two new entry features. Extreme coordination was needed to complete the work without interruption to the daily operations of the shopping center and to provide safe access for the public into the tenant spaces. The work included new standing seam metal roofing, soffit panels, new lighting, EIFS and extensive architectural trim work.
