Coordinate the construction of a new dealership facility next to an existing dealer operation. Work was phased to  expand parking for existing inventory involving extensive grading operations, site retaining walls and utilities. A unique feature was the installation of an underground - under building storage tank for building sprinkler protection. Challeges included poor soils, complicated site drainage controls and shear 40' tall keystone walls.
