This project started as a four story dormitory addition to an existing seminary residence building and led to completion of extensive interior renovations to the existing facility and creation of a library in an attached chapel building. Renovations included updating finishes in the existng chapel with marble floors, striping out dark paneling, refinishing existing wood and wall treatments. Exterior drainage problems, new lighting, and window replacement were also accomplished.
