Site development of ten acre wooded site included grading and preparing five lots in a multimillion dollar residential home neighborhood. Prepared for abandonment and removal of existing residential structures, installed permanent storm water facilities on site, graded for home subgrades and installed residential streets & driveway entrances to each lot. Stabilized the site and achieved final public approvals of work prior to turnover to home builder.
