The construction of this new 4,000 SF retail shell building was accomplished in a very active shopping center where concerns for safety and avoiding customer access was paramount. Included in the scope of work were additional on site storm drain upgrades, new & relocated utility services, general parking lot reconfigurations, landscaping and site lighting.
