The project involved removal of over half of the existing store facades, including roof & storefronts, and the modification & enhancement of the other half.  New entry features and towers were added to Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and Marshalls.  Finish treatments included aluminum storefronts & doors, EIFS, precast, and masonry with bright fabric awnings.  New  roofing of architectural grade shingles and a standing seam metal was applied throughout.  All work was completed while the shopping center was occupied.
