Designed and renovated two floors of a purchased property for the Montgomery County Education Association (MCEA). Work was performed on the second floor for new MCEA offices while simultaneously completing construction on two sublease spaces on the first floor. From initial concept during pre-purchase studies, through designing, permitting and construction, services were provided to maintain budgets and achieve required schedule deadlines.
