Construct new 3 level center in a new residential community including elevator, fitness room, lockers areas, offices and conference / multipurpose rooms. Complex structural frame included combination of wood, steel and concrete. Extensive pool deck encompassed three swimming pools, pool house, arbors, and concession stand.
