Constructed a new one story building facility featuring slab on grade, steel frame & metal deck roof, structural stud exterior walls, EIFS,and glass & metal panels. Classroom interiors included offices, bathrooms and meeting areas. Work was performed in two phases. The "L" shaped addition connected two extisting structures on the site. Improvements in existing classrooms adjoining the new addition added more flexibility and upgrades to existing facilities.
