Project consists of having a total of 15,018 square feet of interior renovations performed throughout sections of the building's 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors (currently occupied by Hughes Network Systems) to create new Offices, Conference rooms, Data Centers, Corridors, Break/Pantry Rooms, Reception areas, Storage Rooms, and Closets. New HVAC work consists of having new VAV boxes, Ductwork, and supply/return registers installed to accommodate the layout of the new offices.  Replacement of the existing Glycol-Cooled AC units in the Data Centers with new Glycool AC Units will be done throughout the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors.
