New entrance feature facades were constructed for Office Depot, TJ Maxx and Ross Dress for Less, consisting of gutted and built-out retail tenant stores, ready for fixturing and stocking. Work included new roofs, HVAC systems, upgraded sprinkler installations, new electric service and a new 10 foot water service to the site extending across Route 450 entrance to the center.
