New entrance feature facades were constructed for Office Depot, TJ Maxx and Ross Dress for Less, consisting of over 80,000 sf of gutted and built-out retail tenant stores, ready for fixturing and stocking. Work included new roofs, HVAC systems, upgraded sprinkler installations, new electric service and a new 10" water service to the site extending across Route 450 entrance to the center. New loading and store room building addtion as well for each store. Work had to be completed in an accelerated schedule from 30 to 60 days.
