Complete demolition of existing interiors and construction of new store interior and storefront finishes. Reconstruct bathrooms for ADA accessibility, install ceramic tile floors in sales area, and complete ceilings, bulkheads, counters, and wall display treatments per franchise standards. All work was required to be performed per Mall standards, requirements and timeframes.
