Clear and excavate site to construct a new three story commercial office building. The building features a brick veneer wall exterior over a structural steel frame, elevators and a finished ground floor lobby. Upper levels were subdivided for office condominium occupancy and the building featured the first upper county "green" roof, with concrete deck, lightweight soil and a variety of sedum plantings to offset some of the on-site storm water requirements.
