Clear and excavate site to construct a new 58,000 sf three story commercial office building with open parking under the 2nd floor. The building featured a brick veneer wall exterior over a structural steel frame, elevators and a finished ground floor lobby. Upper levels were subdivided for office condominium occupancy and the building featured the first upper county "green" roof, with concrete deck, lightweight soil and a variety of sedum plantings to offset some of the on-site storm water requirements.
