Starting with the original build-out of the store within the shell building, including storefront and loading dock facilities, the upgrade and renovation of this operating store to new corporate design standards was accomplished. This included new lighting, floors, ceiling treatments, bathroom, dock & store room reconfiguration, using phased construction and temporary barriers to permit continued opening to the public. Extensive pre-construction planning was necessary with the Owner to ensure success.
