Interior renovation of an existing day care facility was completed on time despite many unforseen difficulties. Mold issues and existing historical damage had to be resolved prior to construction. Due to these issues the scope of the work and contract value almost doubled. Renovation included extensive custom millwork and plumbing to accommodate eleven brightly colored classrooms. Other unique features included built in fish tanks in the reception area, dutch doors, circular window lights in classroom doors, and hardwood flooring throughout.
