The entire facade and storefront of this long standing and popular shopping center was removed and replaced with a new updated design while remaining open to the public. The work required considerable coordination to permit access to stores, protect the public and avoid interruption of operations as much as possible. In addition to phasing of the work in front of and inside of the shops, work to re-surface and reconfigure concrete curbs had to be accomplished sequentially at night and times of least public impact.
