Cleared and graded a four acre site to prepare for future townhouse community that will be construction by others. Installed roads, sidewalks, landscaping, storm water and sanitary service systems. Completed off site improvements, including a bike path, a street entrance, and a turn lane on main public road as part of approved county development plan. Installed on site storm water controls and pond, coordinating with public and utility authorities for final acceptance.
