Repaired and refinished the entire exterior building surfaces including the construction and pavement of a new entry system, canopy and receiving areas. Completed the gutting and re-construction of lobbies, bathrooms, and elevators with upscale finishes. Added sprinkler systems and returned the interior office areas to a leasable condition.
