This 2 acre site development project included parking, storm water management facilities, site lighting and construction of a new 16,000 sf two story condominium office building with finished lobbies, bathrooms and central corridors. Construction had to be coordinated around an existing building on site and all work had to blend in with existing contours and finishes to create a cohesive final product. Open warm dark office space was divided with separate metering of utilities for each future occupancy.
