Snowden Professional Center Project Completed

WGCI announces the completion of Snowden Professional Center, a 39,000 SF medical office building off Snowden River Parkway in Columbia, Maryland. The three-story building, for which construction commenced in December of 2003, features 25 office suites and two hydraulic elevators. Brick facade and ribbon windows coupled with an ornamental tube steel canopy structure at both the front and rear entrances give the building a clean "Class A" look. William Stablein of William H. Stablein & Associates (Burtonsville, MD) is the project architect. Gary Baxley of Baxley Development Inc. of Columbia, MD is the owner.
