In early March, WGCI started site development for the new Porsche Audi Dealership off 355 in Rockville, Maryland. An extensive retaining wall system will be constructed to prepare for a new 35,000 SF showroom and service facility and 113-space parking lot. Building construction will commence mid summer 2005. The architect is AI Design Group of Charlotte, North Carolina. The owner is Sonic Automotive Inc., also out of Charlotte. Project is scheduled for completion in early 2006.
