Over thirty members were in attendance for a catered lunch and presentation by Dan Coffey, TW’s VP of Business Development.  Jerry Therrien, TW’s president, was also on hand to assist in answering questions regarding the project.

The presentation discussed the purpose of the Net Zero house and overall progress.  Mr. Coffey covered details surrounding air sealing, the weather barrier blower door test, thermal envelope, solar hot water system, and ground source heat pump.  Mr. Coffey discussed the project’s use of optimal lumber engineering and BIM modeling.  Participants were also updated as to project’s current activities.
