• Shadowland Laser Tag—Interior fit-up one for a laser arena with party rooms at Francis Scott Key Mall in Frederick, MD 

• My Cell at Sully Station Shopping Center—A tenant fit-out project for JBG Rosenfeld Retail includes new interior build-out of 1,400 SF of tenant space in Centerville, VA 

• Lyon Village Shopping Center (Pictured)—Demolition and upgrade of existing facade, including new concrete, masonry, steel, roofing, windows, paint and electrical work in Arlington, VA

• Paradise of Fun—Interior fit-up of a children’s fitness center including a party room, offices and main play area at Francis Scott Key Mall in Frederick, MD 

• Pike Plaza Façade & Jared Pad Building—Renovation of existing façade including a new roof and construction of a new 6,000 SF pad building for Jared Jewelers in Rockville, MD
