Metro Research Services Office Renovation Completed

Therrien Waddell recently completed construction of the Metro Research Services office in Alexandria, Virginia.  The project was a 4,689 square-foot interior build-out for a market research office.

The space included three ultra-modern conference rooms, each with a viewing room with one-way mirrors, where focus groups can be observed and video-taped, and an adjacent lounge area. Also included were a waiting and reception area, offices, and a staff lounge area. This space was completely demolished and new interior walls, millwork, ceiling, finishes, and operable partitions were built. A new HVAC system with five new water source heat pumps was installed in addition to the base building system to run during high demand and off-hours. Electrical work included all new light fixtures, new panels, transformer, sub-metering, and fire alarm.

Malik Salifu was Therrien Waddell’s Project Manager for this project.  He also recently oversaw completion of the Euro Motorcars' Showroom renovation in Bethesda, Maryland.
