CSAAC Headquarters Project Awarded

Therrien Waddell, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent award of the expansion of the new CSAAC Headquarters Building in Gaithersburg, MD. Under former corporate name of Williamson Group Construction, Inc., our staff built the first 12,000 SF phase of this one story facility in 2004. Based on earlier success and ability to meet CSAAC financial objectives, the completion of the 2nd & 3rd phases will be completed together, consisting of a new East and West wing to the current facility, totaling more than 25,000 SF of new administrative, classroom, training and multipurpose space. These new addtions will permit CSAAC to consolidate all of their separate locations in one facility at last. The combined State and County funding for this project will permit the service they provide to the community for autistic children and adults to continue in the most effective way.
