Therrien Waddell completed one of the first green roof buildings in Montgomery County, Crystal Rock, in Germantown, Maryland.
Many of our team are credentialed LEED AP, GA, or Green Advantage certified. Our support and active leadership in local industry trade associations from one of the initial founding members of the UCGBC NCR Montgomery County Branch, and the NAIOP Maryland Sustainability Committee. This involvement has placed Therrien Waddell as one of the recognized leaders in our market by delivering industry training and leadership to move the green and sustainability orientated projects into construction mainstream.
