Project Manager
General Contractor seeks Project Manager with minimum 3-5 years experience to work on commercial renovation and new building projects. Must be able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, detail oriented, good communicator and team player.
Duties involve everything from preparing estimates, bidding, and buy-out to managing the day to day activities including review and processing of submittals, scheduling, change orders, requistions, job cost update and project close out procedures. Experience with Timberline, Primavera Suretrak schedules beneficial. Microsoft Excel and Word ability essential. Above all, must be able to effectively communicate (verbal & written), set & achieve objectives promptly, and meet commitments. Coordinate with on site superintendent, and assistant PM when available, to accomplish tasks. Full project responsibility and accountability involved, beginnning to end.
