Safety

Job safety is paramount to quality projects, maximum productivity and a positive work site environment.

Therrien Waddell has a well-documented safety and health program, makes training available to all employees on a regular basis, and continues to review and critique its practices to seek safer and more productive work sites. Some of the elements of this program include the following:

• Jobsite inspections
• Hazard prevention and control
• Safety training & OSHA certifications
• Record keeping & reporting
• Employee participation
• Program evaluation
• Review & analysis

Employees regularly attend OSHA approved workshops and training seminars. Regular site safety checks and subcontractor safety communication is conducted by supervisors designated with safety responsibility on jobsites. Notices and hazardous material information (MSDS) is available to each work site for inspection by interested parties.
