History
Jerry Therrien and Donnie Waddell have been working together for over 35 years.
This partnership began in the 1970's with a 15 year relationship at DANAC, a long established development company in Bethesda, Maryland. In 1987, they left to become a part of Williamson Group Construction, Inc. and manage the general contracting operations of this development organization. In January 2005, Jerry & Donnie purchased this construction arm from the development principles and today, as Therrien Waddell, Inc., act as an independent corporation, maintaining their long standing reputation for quality, integrity, commitment, teamwork and service for countless commercial businesses in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
Projects completed by this construction group include office, laboratory, industrial and retail renovations, as well as new buildings for community centers, dormitories, corporate offices, religious structures, dealerships, shopping centers, warehouses and institutional headquarters. The overriding emphasis in all of these projects has been on the partnership formed between construction, design and owner participants, whereby Therrien Waddell provides its experience and expertise over the entire construction process, including financing, design, scheduling, leasing and project delivery. Coupled with the increasing use of technology, this full service approach has helped to establish the Company as a reliable and dependable partner in the construction market place.
