  • Jerry Therrien
    Jerry Therrien
    President

    Mr. Therrien directs all of the day-to-day operations of the construction company, which includes a staff of over 25 people. Upon graduation from college, Jerry worked as a field engineer, assistant superintendent and superintendent on project sites for four years. As a project manager, he personally managed dozens of base building projects and more that three million square feet of tenant construction and building renovations. This experience led to positions as Director of Construction and Vice President where he honed his management skills.

    Mr. Therrien earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from Gettysburg College in 1972. He extended his education at George Washington University in Washington, DC, and has attended numerous seminars and workshops in construction and management topics to advance his knowledge in the field.

    Mr. Therrien has been an active member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and the Metropolitan Subcontractor's Association. He has participated in the community as a volunteer in the Montgomery County Parent & Teachers Association for over 8 years, Germantown Library Advisory Committee, and the Montgomery Village Sports Association. Most recently he has acted as head coach for Junior Olympic Volleyball club teams in the Chesapeake Region.

  • Donnie Waddell
    Donnie Waddell
    Executive Vice President

    Mr. Waddell is responsible for all production operations of the Company, coordinating project management and field supervision activities among the production staff. He oversees schedules, quality control, trouble-shooting activities, safety, planning and is responsible for staff coordination. He is frequently the principle interface with customers and ensures that the execution of work meets all expectations. His experience comes from over four decades in the construction business, coming up through the ranks supervising residential, retail, commercial, institutional and industrial base building and renovation projects. He has managed numerous industry trades over the years, as well as worked with Architects, engineers, consultants and various metropolitan governmental agencies. His extensive experience in construction operations and managing people has been instrumental in the success of countless projects.

  • Daniel C. Coffey
    Vice President of Business Development

    Mr. Coffey directs the business development operations of the company, which includes marketing, pre-construction planning, estimating and scheduling. He has over 25 years of experience, having served as senior project manager and director of construction for area firms before joining the group in 1985.

    Mr. Coffey earned a degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland. He also earned a degree in Construction Management from Montgomery College, where he presently serves as an instructor and lecturer in the Construction Management program, as well for the University of MD.

    Mr. Coffey is active in the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Education Committee. He also volunteers for non-profit groups such as Christmas in April, by lending his construction expertise.
